Broad exploration and new venture experience covers a wide range of regions. It is focused across the Europe-Africa-Middle East and Asia region but includes substantial screening and project work across the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. 

Substantial core experience was gained exploring the entire on and offshore UK Continental Shelf. This included regional play and prospect evaluations, multiple licence round applications, well proposals, pre and post well evaluations. A strong theme of petroleum systems analysis was established. Projects covered a full range of exploration, appraisal and development, oil to gas-condensate and high temperature – high pressure (HTHP) systems.

Experience progressed to include exploration and appraisal across Africa, Asia and Middle East with assignments based in UK, Egypt, UAE and USA.

More recently new venture assignments have reported internationally between UK , Canada and China utilising desktop video communications.
